I'm definitely running late this morning, I'm dragging my butt and I'm quite stiff and sore hummmm it couldn't be from horsing around on the bumper cars! Could it? LOL  I wouldn't change a thing about yesterday I had such a wonderful time at the Old Homeweek fair and we've got the memories to treasure for a lifetime even though my beautiful daughter Mandy smokes I'm planting seeds for her with 1,850 Smokefree days or something like that because I smoked for 40 years which is longer than her whole lifetime, she was 41 in June so she knows quitting smoking is DOABLE and she knows all about this community so hopefully one day soon she'll decide to join the ranks of being an Ex Smoker Non Smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what it's called all that matters is that she takes her life back from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison if you're reading this and you're on the fence about quitting it's time to bite the bullet and start living a Smokefree Life and if you're struggling with remaining quit please stay close because we're all here to help you in any way we can because it's very Doable and totally worth it so hang on tight and keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON........with commitment and perseverance you will get through the roller coaster ups and downs and into that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is without the Smokes........

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
