We got 4 tenths of an inch of rain Monday but we need so much more which hopefully we'll get this afternoon and evening we're predicted to get some severe thunderstormi which will break this horrid humidity I watch my 10 year old grandson Mason most days so we've been at the community pool pretty much every afternoon and then we've been going in the evenings as well with his Mom my beautiful daughter Mandy I'm some thankful for that pool, it only cost $20.00 for a pass and we get 25 swims.  I'm so glad that I finally wised up and quit smoking because it's really hard to breathe in this humidity there's nothing but positives when it comes to quitting smoking BUT first you must get through the roller coaster ups and downs to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the Smokes then you'll know beyond a shadow of a doubt that that there's nothing but negatives to smoking so sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance gives all of us a lifetime of Freedom because relapsing isn't an option anymore.......keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF so each evening you can say YAY for another Day WON because LIFE really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand so chin up if you're struggling with remaining quit please stay close because we're all here to help you in any way we can......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
