Quitting smoking & staying quit takes takes committment & perseverance & the willingness plus the determination of knowing that as long as you stick with your quit journey and continue making the choice to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance on a daily basis then there's absolutely no way you can FAIL, I know beyond a shadow of a doubt how horrendous it is in those early days and weeks because I lived through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep there were times that I wanted to scream and I most likely did plus I remember  many times feeling like tearing my hair out or ripping someone's face off anyone's face it really didn't matter who's face & most people even my grown children didn't want to be anywhere near me because they knew that I smoked over a pk of cigarettes a day for 40 yrs with at least a half dozen failed attempts at trying to quit & they knew I wasn't fit to be around plus they never thought I'd actually quit ssmoking anyway the only people that I wanted around were the grandchildren because they were my incentive to live a Smokefree Life and they still are   as difficult as quitting smoking can be it's absolutely Doable and it's up to us to make the choice to relapse or NOT and choosing a life of Freedom is the gift of LIFE......BUT you must go through the rough patches so you can get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the Smokes.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
