Wow another month is pretty much biting the dust it's also my daughter Mandy's 41st birthday wow that was awhile ago I got married to my first husband at 16 thinking life would be better than living at home I sure didn't know much back then but I got two beautiful kids I had Mandy at 18 and my son Alfred at 23, I stayed in that marriage for 13 years but at 29 I ended it anyway life goes way too fast and in November I'll be 60 so I'm so glad that I finally wised up and quit smoking aafter 40 Years of slavery NOW I can enjoy LIFE on LIFE'S Terms without the damned Cancer Sticks thankfully it's DOABLE so if you're struggling with remaining quit please stay close because we're all here to help you in any way we can BUT you must believe you can quit because you can and will succeed in living a life of Freedom and you will do it one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time continue to be willing determined and committed and with perservence you can look yourself in the mirror every evening and say YAY for another Day WON.

I'll be around today and tomorrow BUT I'm leaving Friday morning with my three sister in laws and heading for Halifax Nova Scotia for five days, I'm really looking forward to getting away we're expecting to be back on Tuesday it's roughly a six hour drive, we'll be celebrating Canada Day which is July 1st in the province of N.S  I'm not going to take my tablet with me I'm going to unplug BUT I'm sure they'll be tablets AND I phones kicking around so hopefully I'll be able to post some pics when I get back either Tuesday night or Wednesday let's remember living a Smokefree Life is absolutely the gift of LIFE so Vigilance is key to remaining FREE from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison...... once you get to that good place in your quit then you'll be saying LIFE is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand because I can tell you from EXperience that it really is GRAND once you get to that good place in your quit.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
