once we've made the decision to bite the bullet and take back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison then we need to stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance N.M.W - No Matter What is happening in our lives we have a choice to relapse or to continue living a life of Freedom and perservere through the roller coaster ups and downs until we reach that good place in our quit, it definitely takes time to relearn life without the smokes BUT it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it! If anyone asked me if quitting smoking was easy? I'll be saying HELL NO!!!! BUT if you were to ask me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'll be saying HELL YES!!!!! Anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for our health family and friends BUT especially our lives ..... My hubby Mark is celebrating 5 glorious Smokefree years today after 42 years of slavery YAY Mark I'll have 5 years come July after 40 yrs of smoking and I will be celebrating as long as I always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking! We must not let ourselves become lazy and complacent and lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE. ......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
