I'm wishing everyone a wonderful Easter no matter what struggles we may be enduring in our lives we are blessed and we must choose to stick with our quits N.M.W. Our lives literally depends on us to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us and by quitting smoking and remaining quit we'll hopefully be around a little longer and hopefully with a much better quality of living so we can enjoy the little things in life that's actually the big things in life which is sooooooo much better than the yuckies ( cigarettes ) if you're struggling with remaining quit deep breaths, chin up and believe in yourself because you can and will get through the roller coaster ups and downs and get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes BUT you must believe it and stick with your quit journey and we're all here to help you in any way we can we are all here rooting for you because we know through EXperience that as difficult as quitting smoking can be it's also very Doable and totally worth it to be Free......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
