It's been a long Winter with the white crap arriving the end of October and staying if it wasn't snowing it's been freezing BUT finally Mother Nature is sending Spring to all of us that's still living in a Winter Wonderland YAY for Spring and a Double YAY for being Smokefree let's make it a Triple YAY for each of you on this stupendous quit journey whether you're on day one or day one hundred or one thousand or two thousand it really doesn't matter where you are in your quit as long as you stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance because sticking with N.O.P.E - N.M.W. - No Matter What - guarantees a lifetime of Freedom
