Today is a PD day so my youngest grandson Mason came over last night to spend the night he's still sleeping this morning, he just turned 10 the 25th of March    wowser my husband Mark will have 5 years of Smokefree living on the 25th of April, he smoked for 42 years and like alot of us quit for his health and all of the hacking, coughing, choking and nearly horking up a lung stopped very shortly into his quit I'll have to take him out for Pizza Delight to celebrate his splendiferous milestone and he'll have to take me out on the 14th of July to celebrate my 5 year milestone .   I absolutely love CELEBRATING MILESTONES, f you're reading this and you're struggling with remaining quit please know that you can and will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time believe it deep breaths and know that we're all here to help you in any way we can, if you asked me if quitting smoking was easy? I'll be saying HELL NO!!!!!! BUT if you were to ask me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'll be saying HELL YES!!!!! Once we stop and think about how many decades upon decades we smoked then it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free and besides anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking is definitely the best decision that anyone will ever make in our lifetime I consider quitting smoking the gift of LIFE   which keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year, remaining quit is vital to our quality of living because breathing is essential to LIFE our lives count on us to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us & it's great to be able to enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in life  Mason is up so I'll say good morning to him and get him some breakfast...... Happy Smokefree Friday everyone .......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
