Hummmmm I'm having a brain fart this morning  plus I have another appointment this morning with my 92 year old mother in law it's just a regular check so it's no biggie I'm thinking of our Kathy ( Strudel ) for the surgeons and her surgery to be a complete success and that she'll be A OK and let the healing process can begin we love you sweetie . There's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's super fantastic BUT if you're in the throes of the horrendous cravings and moodswings and lack of sleep THEN you may have a hard time believing ME BUT I'm telling you the truth because as difficult as quitting smoking can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it PLUS we all know that smoking kills and it kills slowly and it doesn't matter who you are or where you live it's bound to catch up with you at some point SO quitting smoking is definitely worth all of the rough patches that you have to go through to get to that point where you realize just how much better life is as an EXer and hopefully we've all quit in time to enjoy some of the little things in life that's actually the the big things in LIFE! We have the CHOICE to quit and stay quit or throw away the best GIFT that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the Gift of LIFE our quits must be our #1 priority so we can hopefully have the best quality of LIFE possible!!!

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
