It definitely takes time to get to that good place in your quit BUT with commitment and perseverance you will get to that point where you realize just how much better life is as an EX smoker non smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what you call it as long as you stick with your quit journey once you stop and think about how many decades upon decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes because every blessed thing we did was wrapped around the smokes, talking on the phone, going for a drive that smoke before you eat, the one or two after you eat the quick drag during a commercial if you're watching T.V. ,the one before bed, the five or six in the morning with coffee, those horrid morning smokes are actually the one's that'll always keep me motivated to N.E.F. - that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks because I'm never going to back N.M.W. - No Matter What! - I remember being outside in all kinds of weather coughing and choking nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both because I needed that fix NO WAY NOT ANYMORE NOBODY HAS TO DO THAT ANYMORE AS LONG AS WE ALL STICK WITH N.O.P.E AND VIGILANCE WE WILL BE REAPING THE BENEFITS OF LIVING SMOKEFREE  .......

I smoked for 40 years of at least 30 cigarettes a day and with the help of this community I made it through and so can everyone, there's EXers here that's smoked 50 some years and are living a life of Freedom it's definetly DOABLE and absolutely worth it to be Free and we're all here to help in any way we can ......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
