When I joined this community June 22nd of 2014 little did I know that when I actually started my Day ONE which turned into Day WON on the 14th of July 2014 that I'd still be here 1,705 splendiferous days later BUT I want to be here like many others that's been here much longer than myself than there's others that also come and stay because we know that quitting smoking is absolutely Doable definetly difficult to say the least BUT very Doable and we want everyone to live a Smokefree Life and be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a damned Cancer Stick and I know from EXperience that LIFE is sooooooo much better as an EX smoker non smoker or EXer it doesn't matter what you call it as long as you quit and stay quit ........ I better go punch my bread down I got up before 6 so Mark could stir my bread for me before he went to work I make such a big batch that it's really hard on my hands to stir it myself over the last year or so I've got arthritis pretty much everywhere BUT my thumbs and hands are the worst BUT that's A OK I do the kneading, greasing the pans and the baking, I usually get 13 loaves and a pan of rolls out of a batch. I normally only eat maybe a loaf a week BUT Mark and Mason pretty much quills a batch every nine or ten days we don't buy store bought bread at all, I think I'll make brown bread tomorrow to go with a crock pot of beans and a potato salad, my brown bread recipe only makes three loaves BUT it'll help stretch the white bread out a day or two longer. Let's not allow ourselves to become complacent and lose the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance then we're guaranteed a life of Freedom......Besides once we've quit smoking there's not an EXcuse that's good enough on the face of this earth to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit so relapsing isn't the answer period at least that's in my humble opinion because I love being Free.......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
