It sure is super fantastic NOT having to be outside freezing my butt & my fingers off trying to suck on a cancer stick in all kinds of weather nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both because I think I NEED that FIX BUT thankfully I wised up after 40 yrs of smoking at least 30 death sticks a day  I don't do that anymore with the help of this community I made it through and so can everyone because with the right Mindset we can do just about anything we put our minds to and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health family and friends but especially your LIFE which is depending on you as difficult as quitting smoking can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it and even though I've got well over four and a half years in since I quit I'm still smiling  and I hope I always will be and I always want to remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget that horrid DAY ONE or those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but I consider another Day WON a gift of LIFE which I plan to treasure for the rest of my LIFE...... Mason is still sleeping this morning his mom is picking him up 11 o'clock then I've got to pick up my 92 year old mother in law so she can do some errands she's going to buy my lunch so that'll be nice..... Mason just got up   he said  to say good morning  to all of you my friends and Fellow Exers.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
