As long you're willing determined and totally committed to succeed in your precious quit journey then you'll be successful it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early days and weeks of quitting smoking BUT with commitment and perseverance which gives you the right Mindset so you will plow through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep so you will get to that point where you realize how much better life is as an EXer then you'll never ever want to go back to Day ONE again because as you know it sucks big time but each and every Day WON totally rocks, there's definetly Life after Cigarettes BUT you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance guarantees you a Smokefree Life ...... If you are struggling with remaining quit please stay close because we're all here to help you in any way we can, I found keeping your mind as well as your hands occupied really does help I enjoy listening to music which I find relaxes me especially when no one else is around, I just thought I'd mention music because I like the post below me alot.
