I still am amazed at times when looking back into my smoking days because after only a few sips of coffee this morning I bundled up and grabbed the scoop and started shoveling while Mark was plowing so he could get to work it's amazing how much easier it is to function as an EXer BUT of course while we're still smokers we certainly don't believe it I know I didn't I'd have to get up much earlier than necessary especially when I was still working so I could wake up with at least 4 coffee but more likely 5 and at least 5 cigarettes but probably 6 to function BUT not anymore and looking back it's WOW because after the initial withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep and the brain fog that goes along with the early weeks of quitting smoking once that clears up and you get to that point where you realize how much better life is as an EXer then you'll never ever want to go back to Day ONE again BUT Each and every Day WON is totally super fantastic. I'm running late this morning I got to get ready to go out, Happy Smokefree Thursday everyone LIFE really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand BUT you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance which guarantees you a Smokefree LIFE ......

Keep moving forward and stacking up your precious Days of Freedom and get used to the new norm which is living LIFE on LIFE'S Terms .....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
