Once I made up my mind to take back back my life after 40 yrs of smoking at least 30 smokes a day and a half dozen failed attempts at quitting there was no stopping me from succeeding once I figured out that I wasn't invincible I found this on line did a bunch of reading and set up a quit date BUT when that date arrived I wasn't ready so I reset it and promised myself N.M.W. - No Matter What I was going to succeed BUT then LIFE got in the way I was on my 18th day when I was having horrendous cravings back to back that seemed never ending I was ready to drive to the store to buy a carton of cigarettes screw just a pk BUT then I remembered this site and commented on something up until that point I was hiding in the shadows, someone mentioned I should write a blog and say a little about myself and so I did and here I am 1622 glorious D.O.F. - Days Of Freedom or something like that later, as long a person has the RIGHT MINDSET and the WILLINGNESS, DETERMINATION and COMMITMENT to SUCCEED then with PERSERVENCE it's definetly going to happen because there's no way you can FAIL...... it's a wonderful feeling to be FREE to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick coughing choking and nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both BUT NOT ANYMORE......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
