Smokefree living is freedom

I've got to pick my mother in law up in a bit for a Dr's appointment it's brrrrrrr outside at -20 °Celcius or -4°F either way it's cold BUT I'm really happy  that I'm not outside freezing my butt off trying to suck on a cancer stick coughing and choking and nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both and nearly freezing my fingers off I found it difficult wearing gloves in case of burning them like duh   but not anymore, quitting smoking is the smartest thing anyone of us will ever do for ourselves and of course sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance is also key to living a Smokefree Life which is the gift of LIFE  it's sooooooooo much better as An EXer BUT if you're struggling and think that I'm full of B.S. please keep plowing forward and stacking up your precious Days of Freedom because the longer you're quit the easier it will get and I believe you will get to that good place in your quit  where you'll realize how much better life is as an Ex Smoker and you'll never want to see another Day ONE ever again ......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
