It really does take time to get to that point where you realize just how much better life is as an Ex Smoker first you have to go through all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep if you stop and think about how many decades you smoked then it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to relearn life without the smokes but anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do as difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a damned cancer stick as difficult as quitting can be it's much easier than waiting too long and having a Dr tell you to go home and get your affairs in order that there's nothing that can be done ! The choice is there for each ONE of US to make I chose to quit and I choose to stick with N.O.P.E - NOT ONE PUFF EVER and vigilance because when we make the choice to stick with our quits N.M.W. - NO MATTER WHAT then we'll be guaranteed a life of Freedom which is the gift of LIFE.....
