It's not always easy by any stretch of the imagination to stick with your quit especially in those early days and weeks BUT it's absolutely Doable and definitely worth it plus anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health family and friends but especially your life, I've got an appointment a couple of hours from here today, my daughter Mandy and I are going together and hopefully we'll get some shopping done we'll be definetly getting a lunch at a place called Jungle Jims we both love eating there they've got the best steaks yummy. Mandy smokes and will be smoking in the car with the window down but we all know that doesn't really help much but I remember needing to smoke when I drove actually even before starting the ignition I'd be lighting one up BUT not anymore because I don't do that anymore and Lord willing Mandy and everyone that's still in the throes of the damned Cancer Sticks will decide to join the ranks of being an Ex Smoker because life really does get better and better without the damned smokes BUT you must believe it and kick the nicotine poison to the curb permanently in order to live a life of Freedom......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
