When I first found this site knowing that I was going to quit smoking N.M.W.- No Matter What BUT I knew that I had at least a half dozen failed attempts at trying to quit so I knew that I needed support BUT I had no idea just how much support I was in for  and just how much I was going to learn about this horrid addiction until so many of you guided me in the direction of several links to read and to keep reading and blog and to ask questions and to comment on other people's blogs and to stay close I learned so many mantras right here on this site which strengthened my resolve to kick the nicotine poison into oblivion permanently. This site helped me through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where I realized just how much better life really is as an Ex Smoker and believe ME when I say it's totally worth it to be Free so if you're reading this and you're struggling you must believe that you will kick the nicotine poison into Never Ever land because you can, keep choosing to move forward in your quit as difficult as it might seem during a horrendous craving you can get through it with N.O.P.E and vigilance which guarantees you a Smokefree Life BUT you must be willing determined and totally committed to succeed then you can and will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time, deep breaths and know that we're all here to help you in any way we can ...... Quitting smoking is absolutely difficult  by any stretch of the imagination but boy oh boy it's definitely DOABLE and so very worth it to be Free......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
