I feel like I've been on a three week drunk but I don't drink anymore actually come Valentine's day I'll have eight years of sobriety I don't know what a good night's sleep is anymore but with the wind howling last night and the power going out at 3:30 in the morning I feel even more less rested than usual BUT that's A OK because even without power I'm on line I have running water and I have coffee I'm so thankful for the solar system Marks got set up this is the third outage in the last two weeks hummmmm I hope it's not the new norm BUT hey I'm not smoking over it or anything else that's happening in life because I don't do that anymore and that's what all of us has to tell ourselves when things seem to be getting out of hand and you are stressed or sad or happy and you think Oh just ONE won't hurt well it most certainly will hurt because it'll screw up a perfectly beautiful quit so relapsing isn't the answer because whatever is going on is going to happen whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke is only CHOICE that will keep us living a life of Freedom so each evening we can look ourselves in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON and I know that quitting smoking really is the gift of LIFE and it's a GIFT that keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year and all we have to do is stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance which guarantees us a Smokefree Life ...... our friend our pal George the Hump Day Camel says a very cheerful good morning to each of you reading and wishes each of you a hasslefree Stressfree but most importantly Smokefree day.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
