At times I forget that I am blessed!

I woke up this morning and looked out the window at the snow coming down UGH then I turned the radio on to hear the weather warnings for snow with a mixed bag including rain for today, tonight and the flash freeze coming in overnight then I got depressed for a few minutes until the world news came on AND the reality kicked in for what the people of California are going through the horrendous devastation and loss of LIFE and how desperately they need precipitation they need the rain so I choose not to complain about my weather and I certainly won't smoke over it or anything else that's happening because I have a choice to relapse or not and choosing Not is what I'll choose each morning and it's definetly a choice for all of us to remain Smokefree N.M.W!!!! Sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance guarantees us a Smokefree Life because smoking wouldn't help ONE IODA BUT it sure would screw up a perfectly beautiful quit.......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
