It's a snowy morning here in the Maritimes my Satellite was out when Mason got up so we've been watching Christmas movies since it's beginning to look alot like Christmas we thought it was a fun way to start the day, I'm not much on Winter anymore but I have to admit it was was beautiful looking outside first thing this morning plus Mason loves the snow and that makes Gramp and I happy life as an Ex Smoker is so much better than my smoking days because I'm not stuck outside in all kinds of weather nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both trying to suck on a damned Cancer Stick. If You're on the fence about quitting smoking and remaining quit please know that we're all here to help you in any way we can and as difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely DOABLE and if you're struggling please know that you can and will be successful one precious Smokefree Day at a time or hour minute or even a second at a time believe it deep breaths and keep moving forward stacking up those precious DOF because as long as you are willing determined and totally committed to succeed then you will be living a life of Freedom and the longer you're quit the easier it will get BUT you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and Vigilance because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option N.M.W...... I have to admit that I still smile for each and every Day WON because once you get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is as an EXer then you'll know that Life is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand and you'll never ever want to go back to Day ONE again only DAYS WON WILL DO.........

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
