I know that I have so much to be thankful for even when I get in a self pity mode and think geesh why did this happen or why do I have to do that or my back or ankle or hands are paining poor me that's when I stop to think about all of the people around the world that haven't even got fresh water to drink or food to eat and they're most likely in so much more pain physically as well as emotionally, we are blessed with a roof over our heads, food in the cupboards, fridge, freezer and fresh water to drink and electricity and a way to heat our homes in the Winter so we'll be warm as frustrated as I can get at times all I have to do is turn the TV on to realize how truly blessed we really are. We must not let ourselves become lazy and complacent in our precious quits because it would only take a split second to screw up a perfectly beautiful quit so let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is the gift of LIFE! Life is going to happen whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke is the choice that we have to make so we can have the best quality of living possible BUT we must stick with our quits N.M.W. it's absolutely DOABLE, if anyone asked me if quitting smoking was easy? I'd have to be honest and SAY HELL NO!!!! BUT if I was asked if quitting smoking was worth it I'LL BE HELL YES!!!!!!! Anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for our health family and friends but especially our lives which literally depends on us to nurture and protect the best gift that any of us which is our lives ..... My nine year old grandson Mason is coming over later this morning for an overnighter YAY for quality time together and YAY for Smokefree living and YAY for each and every Day WON......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
