No Matter What is happening in life we can and must make the decision to quit smoking and then we must make the choice to remain Smokefree N.M.W. there's so much happening all around US it is heartbreaking like this mass shooting in California taking 12 lives including the shooter's life! I pray these shootings will stop! My God this can't become the norm it's happening more and more BUT we must choose to stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because as horrendous as things around US can be we have absolutely NO control over it or do we to some degree? BUT we do have complete control over our quits because relapsing isn't the answer whatever is going to be will be whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke is the only way to live a life of Freedom .......
