Grrrrr on my Samantha!

I'm sitting here drinking coffee at 4:30  Atlantic time because our 15 year old Samantha Digger Jane Hartley is having a frenzy over what I really don't know BUT she's been doing it quite often lately and tonight she started  pacing, panting and knocking stuff over around 1 o'clock this morning poor Mark tried getting her to settle which was no dice  I put her in her crate which she certainly didn't like so she decided to bark I figured I might as well to turn the coffee on at 3:45 . Mason is here for the night at least he's still sleeping and I made poor Mark go back to bed it's going to be a long day, I don't normally nap but I just might this afternoon after Mason goes home I'm so glad I don't smoke anymore other wise I'd be sitting outside in the 15°F weather sucking on the cancer sticks coughing choking and nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both BUT whew thankfully with N.O.P.E and vigilance and by keeping them away from my face I'm living my Forever quit and so can everyone that's decided to bite the bullet and take back their LIFE because as difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it  so if you're struggling hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE, here's my Sam now that I'm up up she decided to sleep grrrrrrr.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
