I know that I am a broken record but I want everyone to EXperience the Freedom of an EXer because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes BUT you must believe it and take a deep breath and educate yourself by reading everything you can about quitting smoking and remaining quit because there's a wealth of information right here on this site to strengthen your resolve to quit and stay quit, it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick. LIFE is always going to be full of ups and downs whether we smoke or not I'll tell you the longer we're quit the easier it will get and at some point you'll realize how much better life is as an Ex Smoker and that it's easier to deal with life on life's terms without the crutch of cigarettes, I know for me that quitting smoking was and is the gift of LIFE because I played Russian Roulette with my life for 40 yrs BUT no more because I stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance which guarantees me and all of you a LIFE of FREEDOM as long as we keep them away from our face then there's absolutely no way we can FAIL! I say YAY for Smokefree living and yay for each and every Day WON because life just keeps getting better and better without the smokes. .....
