I smoked for 40 years of roughly 40 cigarettes a day and half heartedly tryed to quit at least a half dozen failed attempts BUT once I found out that I have mild copd that's when I decided to bite and got serious about taking back my life so I got on line and found this site and and read everything I could find out about quitting smoking and remaining quit I set up a quit date BUT I wasn't ready so I reset it and then I totally forgot about this site until my 18th day when I was ready to drive to the store and buy a carton of cigarettes instead of just a pk BUT then I remembered this site and got on line and commented on something and up until that point I'd been lurking in the shadows BUT thankfully I got lots of support and the rest is history. Quitting smoking is a choice and remaining quit is also a choice BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it to be Free ......
