Once we've bit the bullet and quit smoking and we've made it through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep where we've got to that good place in our quits then we must treasure the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE!!! LET'S always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of our quits because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is super fantastic if you're reading this and you're struggling with remaining quit please know that it's going to get easier and easier with time under your belt but first you have to go through the rough patches to get to that point where you realize how much better life is as an Ex Smoker, sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance guarantees us a Smokefree Life it's absolutely worth it all to be Free so hang tough. My sister Marion is here and doing amazingly well after her mastectomy yesterday she has two drainage tubes in extra murial will be here soon to check on her, I'll be emptying the tubes I'll stay with her until they're out  and I'm sure she'll be ok, my quick blurb ended up being quite long.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
