I'm heading to my sister's place shortly so I'll  will be there when the extra murial nurse comes to explain things about the mastectomy my sister is having tomorrow morning it's hard to believe they do it in day surgery now I'll be staying with Marion for a few days I'll be taking my tablet so I'll be keeping in touch here as best I can I'm so glad that I don't smoke anymore because I'll be there for my little sister 100 % and not outside under a plume of smoke it's great that I can give her my full attention plus I won't be smelling like a stinky ashtray which is another huge plus Marion was a heavy smoker for roughly 32 years she's been quit for 7 and a half yrs now she's also a recovering alcoholic for over 10 years, she'll be 55 this month we used to do everything together but kind of lost touch with each other because I continued to drink for another 2 and a half years before I finally brightened up as most of you know I have over 4 yrs since I quit smoking and I'll say for myself as well as for all of you as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance and keep them away from our face then there's absolutely no way you can FAIL and relapse because no matter how long we've been quit Vigilance is key to a lifetime of Freedom our quits must always be our #1 priority so we can be around to enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in life.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
