If You're reading this and are on the fence about quitting smoking or if you've already quit and you're struggling with remaining quit please know that you can and will be successful BUT either way you must believe in yourself and be willing determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be living a life of Freedom, I remember how difficult it was at times how I felt like ripping my hair out one minute and then wanting to rip your face off anyone's face off the next it didn't matter who's face then I'd be blatting like a baby, I remember going around in a brain fog BUT I made it through and so can you, I read read everything I could find right here on this site and learned the mantras which helped I'd give my head several shakes and tell myself that I don't smoke anymore and I'd yell right out loud and repeat it as many times as necessary and continue on with whatever I was doing and by doing that and sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance then there's no way we can Fail, you must keep them away from your face because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes BUT you must believe it and stick with your quit I remember some horrendous cravings that were almost overpowering notice that I said almost that's when I'd get on line and read and blog and here I am today ONE of those those Happy Quitters I'm still sick with a cold bug that I need to get rid of before Tuesday so I can be there to help my sister for a few days she's having her mastectomy on Wednesday but she wants to be there on Tuesday when extra murial comes to explain things like the drainage! Life is going to happen good or bad whether we smoke or not and I find I can handle things much easier now that I'm an Ex Smoker it definitely takes time to relearn life without the smokes BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it so hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE......
