BUT YAY for being Smokefree because hopefully I'll be on the mend faster since I won't be standing outside in the rain feeling like crap trying to suck on a cancer stick coughing, choking and nearly horking up a lung or possibly even both because no matter how rotten we felt we had to have that smoke right BUT not anymore because we don't do that anymore at least I'm hoping that everyone reading this has bit the bullet and quit smoking BUT if you haven't NOW is the time to join the ranks of being an EXer it's Doable and totally worth it......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
