I'm weary this morning but that's alright my 14 year old grandson Adam called around supper time last night and wanted to come spend the night so I picked him up he's still sleeping and my 9 year old grandson Mason is coming later on this morning to spend the night hummm I may take tomorrow afternoon as a ME day  my hubby Mark is taking Monday and Tuesday off for a couple of vacation days to finish up the parking garage he's building and cut some wood off the property so we'll both be busy because I'll try to help him as much as I can, I wrote a blog awhile ago about my 54 year old sister Marion having breast cancer she opted for a mastectomy which she's going to have on October 3rd it's done in day surgery now so I'll go stay with her for a few days and sleep on an air mattress, she'll have Red Cross and Extra Murial come in during the day to check on her and my oldest sister Cheryl also had breast cancer is on her 3rd yr of being Cancer free she'll be having a mammogram on the 19th of October she had Chemo, Radiation and is on HRT'S, hormone replacement therapy for 5 yrs so she's got 2 more yrs of being on them, whew enough rambling I just wanted to to fill you in, please quit smoking if you haven't already and if you're struggling with remaining quit please know that you can and will be successful as long as you are willing determined and totally committed to succeed then you can perservere through the roller coaster ups and downs and make it through to the point where you realize how much better life is as an Ex Smoker then you can start Reaping the benefits of an EXer because LIFE really is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand BUT you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
