Share your quitting journey
Here we are heading into Fall on Saturday WOW time is floating right along don't you think? I find the older I get the more I treasure my hard earned quit and the little things in life that's actually the the big things in life I'm so thankful that I found this site well over four years ago now and read, read, read and read some more because the more I read the more willing determined and totally committed to succeed I became and I realized that with perservence and the right Mindset that I would succeed by sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance and by knowing that the only way out is through, there was NO WAY that I could FAIL and guess what? I did make it and after 40 yrs of smoking of at least 30 smokes a day I'm Smokefree if you asked me if quitting smoking was difficult ? I'd have to be honest and say HELL YES!!!! BUT if you were to ask me if quitting smoking was worth it ? I'd be smiling from ear to ear and I'll be saying HELL YES!!!! As difficult as it was at times it was absolutely Doable so if you're reading this and you're struggling hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE please know that we're all here to help you in any way we can BUT you must let us know by blogging Help so we'll be able to try to talk you you through the rough patches, you may have to wait for a few minutes for someone to get on line so wait and if you have to sit on your hands because someone will be right along to talk you down........
