Share your quitting journey
As a friend used to say Don't Quit on your Quit, right TerrieQuit and it's absolutely true once we've made the decision to quit smoking and we've bit the bullet and have taken back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison and are living a life of Freedom without the yucky cancer sticks then as long as we all stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance we'll be A OK, too many of us let life get in our way or get complacent with our quits so we must always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because none of us wants another Day ONE which would totally suck big time but each and every Day WON is totally super fantastic, we miss you Terrie XO, there's so many that I'm missing like constanceclum for one, come join the ranks of being an Ex Smoker because life really does get better and better without the yuckies (cigarettes) BUT like all of us you must go through all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is as an EXer choosing to quit and stay quit is definetly difficult to say the least but it's also very Doable and it's a gift of LIFE which I consider the one gift that'll keep on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year..... if you haven't quit yet now is the time don't wait for Someday and if you're struggling with remaining quit deep breaths and know that we're all here to help you in any way we can.....
