I never realized how much better life is without the smokes until I finally wised up and found this site and everyone here that helped me through through the rough patches and into that good place in my quit, there were many times I wanted to throw my hands up in the air and smoke my brains out because someone or something that said or did something that ticked me off BUT my resolve to kick the nicotine poison to the curb was more powerful than the craves because after 40 years of smoking and finding out that I have mild copd I'd had enough and didn't want to end up on oxygen 7/24 or worse die a slow painful death that's most likely smoking related as difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free , I didn't want to have a Dr tell me to go home and get my affairs in order because I waited too long to quit I wanted and still want a much healthier lifestyle and by quitting smoking that's EXactly what I did and I pray that I'll always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is awesome. If You haven't already quit NOW is the time and if you're struggling please stick with your quit it's definetly going to get easier and easier with time under your belt but first you have to go through the rough patches in order to get to that good place in your quit where you'll be reaping the benefits of being an Ex Smoker ....
