I remember my early days and weeks of quitting smoking and I pray that I'll always remember and N.E.F  - Never Ever Forget because I never ever want to go back to Day ONE again BUT Each and every Day WON is awesome BUT when I was in the middle of horrendous craves or in a brain fog and maybe laughing one minute and blatting like a baby the next at times it seemed almost overpowering notice that I said almost because getting through those rough patches was absolutely Doable although at the time it sure didn't feel like it BUT after smoking for 40 years at roughly 30 smokes a day once I stopped and thought about it then it made perfect sense that it was going to take time to get through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where I would realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes, if you're struggling with remaining quit please know that you can and will get to that good place in your quit but you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health family and friends but especially your life which is depending on you to quit and stay quit.... the bottom pic is two of my grandchildren and definetly a major incentive to be around to enjoy LIFE on LIFE'S Terms as an Ex Smoker I'm smiling because I'm a Happy Quitter plus Life is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand .....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
