Quitting smoking Is the wisest decision that anyone of us will ever make in our lifetime and it's definetly the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE because the older we get the more we should realize that life is short and we should be doing everything in our power to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us I know for me finding this awesome community was totally paramount in the success of my quit by coming here and reading and learning about this horrid addiction and learning the mantras and having everyone come on line and help talk me through the horrendous craves and just knowing everyone was and is here for support, there's definetly Life after Cigarettes......
