The early days and weeks of our quits can be almost overpowering notice that I said almost because getting through those rough patches can be difficult to say the least but it's also very Doable and totally worth it so do whatever you have to get through them because you can plus your LIFE literally depends on you to quit and stay quit and boy oh boy it's so worth it to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick, there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's super fantastic so hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE.....
