It's also another day to say YES to Smokefree living and YAY for each and every Day WON or if you're on Day ONE then this evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say YAY for Day WON with many more to come, as difficult as quitting can be it's absolutely DOABLE plus our lives literally depends on us to quit and stay quit plus the older we get the more we need to look after ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us I know beyond a shadow of a doubt that I want to be around to enjoy the little things in life that's actually the the big things in life for me it's being able to spend quality time with family especially the grandchildren, I picked my 9 year old grandson Mason up yesterday afternoon we went to the Centreville pool and I kept him for the night he's still sleeping oh yeah it's also Mark and my 22nd wedding Anniversary too hummmm maybe we'll go to Pizza Delight after he gets off work  I'll see what he would like to do BUT I know one thing for sure that whatever we do we'll doing it Smokefree because neither of us smoke anymore and it's super fantastic so hang on tight to your quit because it's the best gift that you'll ever ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE   I just noticed Mason has an orange mustache from the orange pop he was drinking.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
