I'm so Extremely thankful that I finally wised up and quit smoking and found this site and all of you that helped me through some horrendous craves and helped keep me grounded in my precious quit journey, if you're struggling know that there's a wealth of information here to read to strengthen your resolve to keep moving forward and stacking up your precious Days of Freedom plus we're all here to help you in any way we can BUT you have to let yourself be known by blogging Help so we'll know and can help you through it. Quitting smoking is a choice and it's the best decision that you'll ever make in your lifetime plus I believe it to be a gift of LIFE it's the ONE GIFT that keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year BUT you must believe it and stick with N.O.P.E and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option anymore so please keep them away from your face and the only way out is through but boy oh boy it's so worth it to be able to go anywhere anytime whenever wherever and however without worrying about where to sneak off to suck on a cancer stick once you get to that point where you realize how much better life is an Ex Smoker then let's be careful not to become complacent let's always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget those early days and weeks of quitting smoking because another Day ONE would totally suck big time but another Day WON is awesome because once you get to that good place in your quit you'll know beyond a shadow of a doubt that Life is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand......

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
