Getting to that good place takes time

Once you stop and think about how many decades upon decades that you smoked then it only stands to reason that it's bound to take time to get through the rough patches and relearn life without the crutch of cigarettes it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination BUT as hair pulling as it can be at times it's absolutely Doable and totally worth it to be Free, I remember my early days and weeks very clearly and there were many times when I wanted to throw my hands up in the air and smoke BUT then I'd take a deep breath and continue on I knew that I would make it through because of everything I read right here on this site including Dale's page concerning the first four months of quitting smoking which I read over and over again plus I'd blog and I'd comment and I made it through, it's absolutely wonderful when you get to that AHA Moment.....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
