It's not always easy to remain faithful to our quits and perservere through the rough patches BUT it's absolutely Doable and relapsing only screws up a perfectly beautiful quit so if you're reading this and you're struggling please keep moving forward and stacking up your precious Days, it's definetly going to get easier and easier with time under your belt BUT first you have to go through all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes believe me when I say it's totally worth it to be Free relapsing isn't the answer because eventually you'll most likely be starting at Day ONE again so stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and Vigilance so each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON because Freedom is yours and we're all here to help you in any way we can, by sticking with N.O.P.E and vigilance then there's no way you can FAIL and you will get to that good place in your quit and you'll be so glad that you stuck with your quit because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's super fantastic so hang on tight and don't let go of the best gift that you'll ever give yourself which is the gift of LIFE........

My 9 year old grandson Mason spent the night last night he's still sleeping and it's almost 10 o'clock.

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
