To be successful in anything BUT especially something as life alternating a quitting smoking it takes everything you have to be succeed and it starts with the decision that no matter what is happening in life that you'll never ever pick up another cigarette that you'll be willing determined and totally committed to push through those early days and weeks and keep moving forward through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is an Ex Smoker! it really is DOABLE .... we're back into the high humidity BUT hummm I'm thinking I prefer it to the pics below......
