I honestly never thought I'd ever quit smoking let alone be a Happy Quitter but finding out that I have mild copd made me realize that I'm not invincible so I found this site and with the help of this community I'm heading for four years in a couple of weeks it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination in those early weeks BUT boy oh boy it's so Doable and worth it to be Free so hang tough because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's super fantastic BUT everyone has to go through the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is as an Ex Smoker, if you asked me if quitting smoking was easy ? I'd have to be honest and say HELL NO!!!!! BUT if you asked me if quitting smoking was worth it?  I'll be saying HELL YES!!!!!! Anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health family and friends but especially your life which is depending on you to look after yourself and we're all here to help you in any way we can chin up and stick with N.O.P.E - Not One Puff Ever and vigilance because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option - Anymore. ...

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
