I consider quitting a gift that keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year BUT we must stick with our quits no matter what because life is going to happen whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke during stress and anxiety or any other emotion can be difficult to say the least especially in the early days and weeks of quitting BUT with perservence plowing through the rough patches is Doable and absolutely worth all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the crutch of cigarettes stick with N.O.P.E it works when applied on a daily basis because we can do just about anything We put our minds to and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for our health family and friends but especially our lives......
