Once you make up your mind to quit smoking and get educated on this horrid addiction by reading everything you can right here on this site then it's time to pick a quit date so when Day ONE arrives and the evening rolls around you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for Day WON with many more to come and we're all here to help in any way we can BUT you must believe in yourself and be willing determined and totally committed to succeed and you can and will be successful, if anyone asked me if quitting smoking was easy after 40 yrs of smoking? I'd be saying HELL NO!!!!! BUT if they me if quitting smoking was worth it? I'd be saying HELL YES!!!!! Anything in this life worth having takes time and effort and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for your health family and wallet but most importantly your LIFE each one of our lives literally depends on us to take care of ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us and I consider quitting a gift that keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year after year BUT you must bite the bullet and take back your life in order to EXperience the Freedom of an EXer it's Doable and so very worth it to be Free so hang tough because there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's super fantastic once you get to that good place in your quit which will take some time BUT boy oh boy it's so worth it when you get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the cancer sticks....
