Hubby and I went to a wake last night and we're going to her funeral today as well, she was a 80 yrs old and a figure head to our rural church and her husband is one of the deacons his health isn't good either, my point is we need to take EXtra good care of ourselves because if we don't nobody else can do it for us and now that I actually quit smoking almost 4 years ago I want everyone to Experience life without the smokes, I want my daughter, her man, my older sister in law to quit, I want anyone reading this that hasn't quit to stop and if you're struggling keep going because you will get through the rough patches BUT if you allow yourself to relapse you'll have to go back to Day ONE again ugh BUT if you keep moving forward and stacking up your precious DOF then you'll reach that good place in your quit where you realize how much better life is without the cancer sticks and you'll be so proud of each and every Day WON because you'll know that Life really does get easier and easier with time under your belt and that Life after Cigarettes and it's super fantastic Wishing everyone a Smokefree Hump Day●●●●●

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
