Life will happen whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke is what we must do in order remain quit, it's definetly not easy by any stretch of the imagination especially during stress and anxiety BUT it's absolutely DOABLE with N.O.P.E and vigilance we can do just about anything We put our minds to and quitting smoking should be at the top of the list of things to do for our health and family but especially our lives which literally depends on us I consider it a gift that keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year and all we have to do is bite the bullet which is the wisest decision that anyone of us will ever make in our lifetime, I'm heading towards my 4 year milestone in July I know that I won't allow myself to become complacent instead I'll always remember and N.E.F - Never Ever Forget - those early days and weeks because not another Day ONE for Me BUT I'll smile and say yay for each and every Day WON because I know that there's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's super fantastic so keep moving forward and stacking those precious Days of Freedom because once you get to that good place in your quit you'll know that Life is Grand without a Cigarette Here's a couple of pics from the Weekend with Mason and Smoking wasn't even a blimp on my Radar because I don't do that anymore.
