Life happens whether we smoke or not and choosing Not to Smoke during stress and anxiety or happiness or that reward smoke for a job well done or that cigarette for that job that got flopped SO you think WOW just one wont hurt BUT that one most certainly will screw up a perfectly beautiful quit so deep breaths and continue stacking up those precious Days of Freedom so each evening you can look yourself in the mirror and smile and say yay for another Day WON, I live in a rural area in NB and go to a church with a congregation of 25 to 30 people we lost a lady yesterday from  the church that's always been a fixture she was 80 yrs old, her husband is a deacon she will be missed and my younger sister in law's Dad he's 94  has been in the hospital for almost a month the Dr's say he won't be coming out and he's another fixture to our church rural church's are slowly dying out kind of like Smokers are EXcept losing these people are painful, death is painful for the family and friends left behind to mourn but when it comes to quitting smoking now that's a Celebration to LIFE our lives deserve the very best so kicking the nicotine poison to the curb permanently is the greatest gift that any of us will ever give ourselves which is the gift of LIFE which keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year, life is way too short to continue slowly killing ourselves which just doesn't make sense to me anymore because breathing is essential to living a life of Freedom .....

I'm a proud Gram of 2 grandsons and a granddaughter and I consider myself a jack of all trades and a master of none, plus I enjoy reading and being outside and since quitting smoking breathing is so much easier because I'm not coughing half of my time sucking on a cancer stick....
