There's definetly Life after Cigarettes and it's super fantastic BUT first everyone has to go through all of the roller coaster ups and downs of withdrawals and moodswings and lack of sleep to get to that point where you realize how much better life is without the smokes definetly hair pulling at times I know that it was for Me BUT hey We can live LIFE on LIFE'S Terms AND it starts with Day ONE which will turn into DAY WON by believing it and by being willing determined and totally committed to succeed & with perseverance you Will continue stacking up those precious Days of Freedom, I really do consider quitting a gift that keeps on giving day after day week after week month after month and Lord willing year after year after year BUT we have bite the bullet and take back our lives from the clutches of the dreaded nicotine poison, I'm so glad that after roughly half dozen failed attempts at quitting that I finally bit the bullet & stopped playing Russian Roulette with my life & am heading towards my 4 year milestone in July & I'll get there by sticking with N.O.P.E & vigilance because it works when applied on a daily basis because S.I.N.A.O Smoking Is Not An Option anymore & I owe this Ex community a Huge Thank You for helping me get to where I am today & for all of the mantras that I use here like the only way out is through & keep them away from your face which I got from Dale, I'm so happy that I joined the ranks of being an Ex Smoker because Life is Grand without a Cigarette in Hand ....
